Established since September 2007 and based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a team comprised of skillful, professional, dynamic, proactive and creative people, SUCCESS has a proven wealth of experience in Business and Application consulting, Web design, Web development and Software outsourcing. Originally, we are a small team focusing on web design and e-commerce applications. Later, sin September 2007, we have grown to be medium organization and expanded our business to web application, business consulting and software outsourcing in various industries.

We are now a group of young people, dynamics, professional and proactive people who are led by the Team leader with nearly 10 years’ experience working on IT and software field, management and consulting, the team used to work for top IT companies in Viet Nam.     Tran Cong Thanh | Founder & CEO


    Thanh is the owner and founding CEO of Success Software Service, a software outsourcing company which focuses on enterprise application development and software outsourcing with developed partnerships in Europe and Vietnam. Thanh brought to Success Software Service with more than 15 years of experience in the IT, software, service and garment industries and more than 8 years experience of management and consulting in business process improvement, business development, operational planning, software quality management, HR and Training development, and Information Security Management System. Thanh has also jointly founded Viet Digital Development Co. Ltd. which focuses on providing IT and networking services to domestic market; and Tokyo Crepes chain of stores that brings the concept of the popular crepes stalls in Harajuku, Tokyo to Vietnam in contribution to the development of snack food and desert of this increasing market.

    Thanh has been an external consultant for many enterprises in Vietnam such as GHP Far East, Lac Viet, Quantic, Fujinet Software, PJICO – Petrolimex JointStock Insurance Company, GES Vietnam (Global Equipment Services), Hansae VN, Chutex, Tri Dat Garment, etc. on CMMi, ISO 27001:2005, ISO 9001:2008, BPMS, Training and Development, and Labor Compliance Standards.

    Before establishing SUCCESS, Thanh was the I.C.T. Department Head of TUV Rheinland Vietnam and successfully managed a Public Private Project (PPP) funded by DEG for TUV Rheinland Vietnam to implement a capacity building program for small and medium IT companies in Vietnam that focused on both Comprehensive Quality Management Program and Comprehensive Information Security Program.

    Previously, Thanh worked as the SEPG Deputy Manager for 7 years in FCG Vietnam (CSC Vietnam) to lead the organization being first Software Company in Vietnam in achieving CMMi level 5, ISO 27001 and TL 9000 international quality standards.

    Thanh is taking MBA at Columbia Southern University (target achieve date is 2012). He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and gets certified as ISO 27001:2005 Lead Auditor by TUV Rheinland Vietnam.

     

    Tran Thi Tuyet Mai | Delivery Manager


    Mai currently holds Delivery Manager position in Success Software Service (SUCCESS) from which Mai is in charge of all deliverable to customers of SUCCESS in Holland.

    Mai has worked in the software development and outsourcing for over 8 years under various roles including project manager, project lead, DBA lead and software developer. Her expertise is database analysis, design and development on many DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), BI and Data-warehouse application.

    Mai's prior achievements include successfully performing DBA leader roles for the largest US healthcare project in FCG Viet Nam (CSC Vietnam) and successfully managing the first data-warehouse project in US market of SUCCESS.

    Mai holds a B.S. degree of Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh Natural Sciences University.

     

    Nguyen Van Hoang | Delivery Manager

     

    Hoang joined Success Software Service (SUCCESS) from the day one and is currently in charge of overseeing all deliverable to customers of SUCCESS in Switzerland and domestic market.

    Hoang has over 8 years of experience in software development and outsourcing. He has strong experience in Database management, Object-Oriented Analysis and Designs, and various latest web-based as well as database technologies.

    Most recently, Hoang was at FCG Vietnam (CSC Vietnam) and has jointly developed Bakbone project to grow up to more than 40 resources and NYSE project to grow up to more than 50 resources as big client of CSC.

    Hoang holds a B.S. degree of Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh Natural Sciences University.
